Gear pump system
Main purpose is to control and provide steady output of the molten material through consistent revolution and resulted in low tolerance sheet gauge.
Chrome roll stack
Chrome rolls forged from specific alloy steel, hard chromed and mirror finish, driving system can switch from independent mode to synchronize mode.
Liquid Coating system
Apply different types of liquid for various applications, able to produce single side or double side coating on the sheet surface.
Coating liquid drying system
Instant and complete drying across the sheet.
Winder
Customized winder according to customer factory space and production need, automatic winding system also applicable.
