With 18 years of own PP/ HIPS sheet extrusion (branch factory in Vietnam) and 8 years of PET sheet manufacturing experience (branch factory in Shanghai) CS company understood and studied many types of plastic raw materials, and has its own manufacturing experience and know how on actual product of different sheets, strong technical and RD group ensure your fast return of investment on equipment.
As far as the machine space is concerned, we adopt a miniaturized design to maximize the space utilization, which can save energy and achieve the effect of high production capacity and low energy consumption.
In addition to optimizing the automation control part (automation control has its own independent department), for important parts, we use high-efficiency and high-quality parts, such as die head/cooling wheel/electrical box, etc. This not only strengthens management, but also reduces cost capability and quality improvement capability.
